    Since your probably going to add everything ill make a list.
    1. User accounts
    2. Podcast player (perhaps a direct download link below the player)
    3. Video Blog
    4. User generated content (I like my photoshoops)
    5. Games
    6.Game night (yeah… just between Dr. D, me and the walrus king there are 3 different timezones)

    I will let you know if I come up with something else.
    just a design thing. the Recent episodes windows is kind of awkward where its now. you could just have a archive page that link to each blog post?

    And the logo needs to be added. thats the most important thing :-)

    It makes more sense to add the most fun-oriented things last, and get the accounts and player working first, to lay some technological groundwork.
