Episode CII: Cat Ears

There’s times editing this show where I just feel defeated. This is one of those episodes. Walrus King just got a new laptop and he recorded his audio on it. However we both forgot that skype is automatically set on new computers to re-adjust the mic levels to adapt to a person’s voice. The program thinks it’s helping.
IT DOES NOT.
I tried to salvage the audio the best I could, but there are still a ton of problems. WK and I fixed the problem so it won’t happen in future episodes, but unfortunately for this one WK’s audio ranges from tolerable, to “wait what did he say?”
This is too bad because this week we’re joined by a new addition to the show, my good friend Miss Chevious. Even though I didn’t plan on ever bringing her on to the show, the circumstances under which we recorded gave her the opportunity to be on the show.
And also because I completely spaced on emailing, sorry FT for not getting back to you with your story! We covered this in the episode, but if you’ll send in the section you want read we’ll happily “perform” it.

Sorry, but I really need to know what it was, as it was probbly one of the best things to come out of my headphones ever. Sounds a bit like Yo La Tengo, or at least the few songs I’ve heard by them.
Anyway, I haven’t commented for a while (I’ve been in Switzerland. It’s awesome), so I’ve got a few things to say about the episode.
- Come on, FT, that was a bit rude. Your voice may be silky smooth, but that doesn’t mean you can make demands like that.
- The Computer King is more worthy than me to plug his show… Much more worthy…
- It is actually impossible for a human being to dislike Ghostbusters. Sorry, WK and Miss C., your parents aren’t human…

Also: +w00t for l’arc~en~ciel background music at the end! (The background music always pwns on Villany, I mean the rest isn’t really fun, especially that Dr. D guy (walrus king and the chicks pwn)… but the music is really good!).

I hear that in Switzerland the streets are paved with watches and chocolate. I’d love to go there one day.
Quick update I just got FT’s stories so we’ll probably be reading the demon erotica next Friday. WK and I will be doing the reading.
