Episode CXLII: So Long and Thanks for All the Hits
Refresh your feeds. Check the runtime for the episode. That’s right, three hours. THREE HOURS. That’s like three weeks worth of episodes in one!
I’ve gotta say I’m pretty sad typing all this. Villainy INC has been a huge part of my life since 2007 and it feels weird saying goodbye. It’s for the best, but still sad to see it go.
It goes without saying but there is A LOT of content in this one. The highlight has to be the perviously unreleased “The Lost Levels” pilot episode. You finally get to hear one of the shows greatest short comings.
Once again I want to thank everyone for sticking with us this long. As I’ve stated before, if it hadn’t been for you guys I would have stopped making the show long ago. It’s no fun shouting into a void.
I’ll be posting news about the upcoming podcast here so be sure to keep checking back now and then. Until then here’s the final episode of Villainy INC.

This is actually making me kinda depressed. I know you’ll be coming back… but still. Villainy Inc. Turned me onto the Snydecast, which turned me onto Cabin Fever, which turned me towards both Needcoffee.com and the forums at Quick Stop (FRED.) I wouldn’t have reviews read by a couple hundred people or a webcomic with about 75 weekly hits 5 weeks in without you guys. So, thank you guys, I mean it. I would not be the man I am without your show.
Actually, My article explains my feelings better. http://www.thewebsiteofdoom.com/articles/a-podcast-retrospective-villainy-inc/
This is seriously one of the sweetest things I’ve ever heard someone say about the podcast. Thank you so much!
No problem, hombre. Also, did you ever talk to those people about that thing? and stuff. cryptic.
I guess that the last few things I can say are, that Villainy Inc. has permanently changed my life for the better, introducing me to such things such as Anime, Venture Bros., the Snydecast, Metal Gear Solid, Loading Ready Run, Yu-Gi-Oh: the Abridged serise, which led me to Wha-Chow, which led me to Mscle Tower for even more podcasts, ECT. My last words are “This is good, isn’t it?” http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z195aCfuRSU
And thank you. For everything.
“And so, Villainy Inc, in accordance with what we think your dying wishes might well have been, we commit your final mortal remains to the bosom of the Internet, which you loved so well. Good night, sweet prince.”
God. I can’t believe I missed this by two days. I still remember the day I stumbled across this 3 years (or 4?) ago, searching obsessively through comedy podcasts, and stopping here because the first episodes used Star Wars titles. I became the worst voyeur and lurker ever, never commenting, EVER. You guys have been my gateway drug to so much internet and anime shit, it isn’t even funny. Gogdammit.
I love you guys. I will be obsessively refreshing this page as I wait for both news on the new podcast and Katawa Shoujo. I hope beyond hopes they will both come out before the end of the year.
Villainy Inc has changed my life in so many awesome ways, and I can’t wait for the next podcast. Not really sure there’s much else to say
Ah! The new episode is out! Why was I not informed?
I don’t have 3 hours to spare right now (because I’m a squishy mortal who requires sleep), but I’ll be listening to this as soon as I can.
Thanks for the laughs, guys, and good luck with your next project.
