Then Sir Michael gets stranded at someone’s house.  It turns out the house is infested with satanic cultists who pledge themselves to the dark one Yogshleeth. You’re probably thinking Michael was trying to escape right? WRONG. He pulled the old switcheroo and became their cult leader! Now he’s waging war on the western United States in allegiance with the dark being which time forgot.

And M is out of the country. Not as interesting as the other two ,but still.

Interesting trivia fact about Dr. Disaster #16743- I’m actually really into American history. I took AP US History in high school (which I passed the exam) and I’ll sometimes browse wikipedia(which is an excellent source for facts by the way) for old events in our history.

So when M threw my knowledge of American history into doubt, I had to make sure that I was not a total idiot. Well it turns out my memory was correct and the Constitution was drafted and signed in Independence Hall. Suck it M.

Before it was Independence Hall, the building was the Philadelphia State House. After our nation was founded it served as the capital building where congress met. Years later congress began meeting in Washington D.C. and the building was renamed Independence Hall.

Like seriously you guys.

None of you know this but I’ve secretly been at war with a Maryland Public Television Educational website. And by war I mean that I search “villainy inc” in google and shake my fist when I see their website listed as the top result instead of ours. You can find their educational bullcrap here.

Today the war is over. After 3 years of toiling on the internet, we’re the top search result if you just type villainy inc. See kids, hard work pays off. I think I’ll celebrate this victory by counting all the money we’ve made over the years. Wait…

Here’s the table that delayed the episode. As you can see my craftsmanship is sublime. Helps that it comes in pieces and you just have to screw it all together. What you’re not seeing is my new iMac that will be replacing my old Macbook Pro on the table. My Macbook has served me well these long years, it’s a veteran of this show.

I’ve said this before on the podcast, but I’m a huge Tim Schafer fan. I think he’s a visionary if video game storytelling and he’s imaginative as all get out. I also think Christopher Nolan is one of this generations most visionary filmmakers. So what happens when you stick the two together? GENIUS!

Funny how great minds think alike. By the way if you’ve never played Psychonauts you’re missing out. It’s probably the best game you’ve never played. Pick it up on Steam or Xbox Live if you get a chance.

I don’t know how many of you follow Pacific weather patterns, but last week we were hit by a Typhoon. For those of you who don’t know, a typhoon is a hurricane. ON CRACK. Well not really but they are incredibly powerful tropical storms. As we were getting ready to record the typhoon rolled in and blew away the recording equipment.

Well that’s a lie. We could have had one go out we were just lazy. But here’s some pictures of the destruction on base. The base even had to be closed for 2 days while they cleared the debris off the roads and houses. Click for bigger views.
