Small update to the site. In the “Hosts” and “Contact Us” section(s) there are updated links to my (Sir Michael’s) and The Walrus Kings new Facebook page that you all can join and pry into our personal lives with. Unfortunately, no one else has made their Page, so no one else has a link.

Since this is such a boring post, I thought I’d make it more entertaining with my favorite YouTube video.

If you listened to last week’s episode, you’ll know that the song break was an unholy abomination of ear torture. Although it’s meant to sound purposely bad, just know that it took about seven takes to get the song right. It turns out it’s really hard to make a 3 minutes song continually funny, and it’s even harder to sing in that voice over and over. By the end of it my voice was pretty horse.

Imagine my surprise today when I got a message from Osiris on Facebook. “Great!” I thought, “He’s finally working on the website. We can stop giving out his personal information.” No dear friends, it wasn’t that. It was something much sweeter.

This is the exact message: “So……….. I bought an Iphone 3GS……….(chase hangs his head in shame and anquish) And I like it.”

SUCCESS! Now all that’s left for him is to get a Macbook Pro and a shuffle. Then he can spend the rest of his life dying a soul crushing trendy death.

When I interviewed Unskippable creators Graham Stark and Paul Saunders a couple months back, I enthusiastically recommended they mock the gaming masterpiece Metal Gear Solid 4 on their show. They politely responded that MGS4 is the number one requested game people ask them to do. I ignored their response and pretended that it was my idea all along.

Well it looks like they took my advice and are doing an entire month of Metal Gear Solid 4 cutscenes. I’m really excited that they’re devoting a whole month to the game since one 5 minute video wouldn’t do it justice. You can check out their first video over at The Escapist. Also you get to see Graham and Paul in mustaches. What more could you want!
